In support of ongoing operations and transformation of NATO, military engineering staff officers in static, as well as in deployed Headquarters need to have an understanding of the following:

a.         Military engineering related knowledge of NATO Hierarchy including committees and working groups.

b.         Knowledge of existing NATO military engineering related policy and doctrine

c.         Knowledge of NATO Staffing procedures for the NATO Security Investment Programme.
